Job Description
- Responsible for administrative/clerical tasks such as answering inquiries, taking minutes, research, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Responsible for coordination with other departments and communicating with parents
- Must be organized, highly administrative, and has a keen eye for details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling school administration including tuition is a plus
- Must be proficient in MS Office, MacOS, and Photoshop
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
