• Implement and administer employee policies and promote positive employee relations.
• Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes to increase productivity.
• Provide recruiting assistance, candidate screening, and assessment.
• Work on improving company policies and procedures.
• Handle termination matters and prepare relevant documentation.
• Provide training and support to HR team members.
• Be well-versed in employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, hiring process, and current regulations.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and other HR software.
