Job Description
– Processes disbursements of funds for expenditures of Main Office and all other claims both in-house and capital expenditures;
· Maintains and files company records and documents;
· Deposits the remittance of the sites and updates the Company’s Bank Accounts passbooks;
Download and printing of billings to generate billing report;
· Maintains and keepsafeing of documents for sites (vouchers, deposit slips & other documents related to the site.)
· Printing & processing of requests sent by the PO’s;
· Performs such other tasks that may be assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Minimum level of Education: Graduate of BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or its equivalent
Required minimum level of Experience: Background/experience is an advantage
With pleasing and strong personality
meticulous and with auditing skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
