Job Description
This position is responsible for handling Recruitment and Training.
For Recruitment:
- Conducts end-to-end cycle of recruitment including interview process, on-boarding, regularization, and employee separation.
For Training:
- Responsible for identifying and analyzing training needs, as well as implementing departmental training programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment and/or Training
- Knowledge of various recruiting strategies
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits:
- Starting salary at Php18,00; negotiable based on experience
- Mid-year and 14th-month pay bonuses
