Job Description
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics to track hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment.
