Job Description
The Accounts Officer at Primer Group is responsible for formulating strategies and providing direction to enhance overall business performance and key metrics. This role is crucial in building and maintaining long-term working relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop business strategies aligned with brand/client directions to improve performance.
- Recommend innovative ways for sales and profit growth.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience and ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Conduct competitor research, track market trends, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Exercise quick decision-making skills to prevent issues escalating.
- Interact with external stakeholders to establish good working relationships.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
- 4 years experience in E-commerce or Accounts Management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of market and industry.
- Experience in e-commerce business operations.
