Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides counsel on a variety of business legal issues.
- Composition, reviews, and carry out agreements and of all contracts.
- Works alongside specially with Operations.
- Makes sure that legal issues are observed, and anticipated.
- Plans and implements trainings for employees on legal topics for law compliance.
- Represents to government agencies and may serve as Spokesperson.
- Conducts tax and contract related reviews.
- Guides operations within the company’s procedures and processes concerning legal aspects.
- Researches any legal issues.
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Must be a bar exam passer/licensed lawyer.
- Must have 2+ years proven background in legal counsel, with experience in tax laws.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Full comprehension of the external influences on a corporation.
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
