Job Description
The Record Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient organization, maintenance, and retrieval of physical and electronic records within our organization. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and implement record management policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies for record organization, classification, storage, and retrieval
- Coordinate record retrieval for internal stakeholders, audits, or legal proceedings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Plan and coordinate record retention and disposal
- Identify documents suitable for digitization
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday – 7am to 6pm, Friday 8am – 5pm
Work Location: Lot 10-A Purok 1, Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
Experience: 3 years Rank and File or 2 years supervisory
Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Business Administration
Qualification: Benefits include vacation, sick leave, health insurance, and more. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php23,700.00 – Php27,100.00 per month
