Job Description

Join our growing team that focuses on Web Application support. Work from Home Set up available within Metro Manila or GMA only, with provided equipment and 30 days Paid Time Off after training.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good English oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months BPO experience in Technical Support (Phone, E-mail, or Chat)
  • Experience with Web Applications, IT backgrounds in software and cloud technology preferred
  • Programming language proficiencies and tech-savvy with 40wpm typing speed
  • Knowledge in coding/CSS/HTML/API and Web hosting a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with customers to resolve technical issues accurately
  • Provide superior service, troubleshoot network environments
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Provide updates on the status of cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
