Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also ensuring the safety of everyone involved in the project.
- Evaluating safety standards on site and enforcing regulations to ensure worker safety.
- Overseeing the bidding process for contracts and hiring subcontractors or outside labor when necessary.
- Oversee a wide range of activities related to their projects, including planning, scheduling, purchasing materials and equipment, quality control, and more.
- Working with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop construction plans and schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
