Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR functions of the organization. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
You will be involved in various HR activities such as conducting interviews, handling employee inquiries, and assisting in HR projects. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of HR best practices are essential for this role.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Experience in HR operations and familiarity with labor laws is preferred.
