Job Description
The Scrum Master will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices and processes within the product development team. Responsibilities include coaching the team on Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments to the team’s progress.
Key requirements for this role include strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. The Scrum Master will also work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
