Job Description
Over-all Responsibilities / General Function:
Ensure all computers are in good condition, maintain proper documentation, and attend support calls from end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup new computers and deploy to users
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Install/troubleshoot hardware and software
- Perform tests on new software/hardware
- Schedule system upgrades and maintenance
- Install/update anti-virus software
- Provide IT support to employees
- Maintain relationships with departments
- Secure IT tools and accessories
- Document work orders
- Perform other IT tasks as needed
Additional Functions:
- Adhere to Environmental Management System
- Ensure safety in the working area
- Participate in safety meetings
