Job Description
The Cluster Marketing Assistant is responsible for planning and executing BTL Activities, managing FB cluster pages, and conducting field selling.
Basic Qualifications:
- Educational attainment: Must be a graduate of any business-related course. Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Experience required: Two to three years of related working experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies needed:
- Knowledge: Basic Sales Operational Process, Marketing and Merchandising, Customer Service.
- Skills: Selling Skills (Traditional and Online), Interpersonal Skills, Driving Skills.
- Competencies: Result-Oriented, Initiative, Customer Focus, Attention to Details, Quality Orientation.
Computer Literacy:
- Must be knowledgeable in MS and Open Office Tools.
Others:
- Amenable to do fieldwork.
- Flexible for extended working hours when needed.
