Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached 2nd year in College
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Conversant in English
Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints
- Gather information and log calls
- Offer timely solutions
- Inform clients about services
- Provide guidance to colleagues
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
