Job Description
* Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates.
* Able to develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
* Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
* Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
* Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
* At least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting.
* Comfortable to go on-site.
* Location will be in Santa Rosa, Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,500.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
