Job Description
About Us: Top Asia is a leading Food and Beverage service provider. We seek a Steward willing to learn and provide quality customer service.
Candidate Profile: Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
Job Objectives:
- To maintain service in order, timeliness, and cleanliness.
- To provide good customer service and welcome the guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to guest’s needs with a positive attitude.
- Help with food preparation and staff when necessary.
- Ensure prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.
Job Specifications:
- At least College level of HRM, Culinary, or related course in the Food and Beverage field.
- Must be able to converse in English.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in hotel or fine dining.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Available for full-time or on-call work on a shifting schedule.
- Location: Alfonso, Cavite (Tagaytay).
