Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors for office supplies, equipment, firewood, and oxygen/acetylene.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details.
- Check all items requested with correct information.
- Canvass prices for each item.
- Evaluate vendor offers and negotiate prices.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure deliveries.
- File documents and make payment requests.
- Liaise with Plant Managers and Accounting.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate. Contract Length: 5 months.
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month.
