Job Description
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
