Job description:
- Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
- Analyzing financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Identifying cash flow problems and financial irregularities.
- Liaising with department heads for budget compliance.
- Preparing tax returns and ensuring timely payments.
- Supervising accounting clerks and junior staff.
- Providing finance updates to management.
- Maintaining compliance with accounting legislation.
Accounting Supervisor Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with numerical data processing ability.
- Immediate hiring in Chino Roces, Makati City.
