We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for various positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative (TSR)
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Maintain professionalism and empathy
- Provide solutions using scripts
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend Face to Face Interview in SM Megamall Ortigas
- Good Typing skills
- College Undergrads accepted
- At least Basic English
