Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Procurement Assistant at Ninja Van. As a Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in various tasks such as sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating delivery schedules.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the procurement process by researching potential suppliers and obtaining quotes.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders based on the approved requisitions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating procurement records, including supplier and pricing databases.
- Assisting with resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a procurement or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
