Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend an interview at Ortigas (Face to Face Interview only)
- BPO experience is a plus
- Good typing skills
- Filipino Citizen, 18 years old and above
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
