Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
- Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to the sales process.
- Handles business development functions including store network expansion.
- Assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient.
- Provides training and development to in-store staff on various aspects of the business.
- Explores opportunities for international and local expansion.
- Assists franchisees in formulating marketing strategies to grow their business.
- Manages multiple store units in assigned territories with a background in food service business.
- Conducts post store opening functions, business analytics, and regular meetings.
- Handles customer feedback and resolution in the assigned stores.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related business management course.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fieldwork requiring a motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to do fieldwork in CENTRAL LUZON.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
