Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments.
- Verify patient information.
- Assist with paperwork and payments.
- Maintain a clean reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate with staff and patients.
- Provide service information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
