Job Description
Responsible for providing goods and services as required and within the organization’s policies. It requires an end-to-end process of procurement services which includes market research, negotiations, building a network of reliable vendors, negotiating contracts, inspecting deliveries, payment processing, and inventory monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes material requests following standard procedures.
- Finds and selects suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Meets vendors and suppliers as necessary.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy.
- Maintains vendor files and prepares payments.
- Inspects delivered products promptly.
- Performs other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate in business administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing construction materials.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate dedication.
- Good time management and networking skills.
- Trustworthy with high integrity.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, Bonus pay, Overtime pay, Performance bonus
