Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or making reservations for hotel accommodations.
- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software or booking systems.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations in the database.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior related field experience is desirable but not required.
- Able to work on-site.
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
