Job Description
If you are passionate about land acquisition, titling processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate land acquisition and titling through initial property appraisals, document preparation, and collation.
- Ensure all documents related to land acquisition are accurate, complete, and compliant with laws and regulations.
- Monitor payment schedules for properties acquired on an installment basis and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare necessary legal documents, including Deeds of Conveyance and promissory notes.
- Coordinate with government officials, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve land titling issues.
- Maintain accurate records and files for land inventory and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business or project management course; Pre-law preferred but not necessary.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in land acquisition or compliance.
- Strong writing and communication skills, ability to establish rapport with government agencies.
- Knowledge of land titles, deeds, reclassification, land use conversion, and related laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Land acquisition or compliance: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
