Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of medical coders, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and providing feedback.
- Ensure adherence to relevant coding guidelines, regulations, and standards like ICD and CPT.
- Implement quality assurance measures to address coding errors and trends.
- Develop coding performance metrics to track productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Update coding policies and documentation for consistency.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of Managerial/Team Lead experience in Medical Coding.
- Certified Medical Coder preferred.
- Strong Leadership managing Medical Coding Team/LOBs.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office.
Additional Notes:
- Position in a BPO company specializing in medical care.
- Hybrid work set-up: Mondays to Fridays.
Job Overview:
- Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month.
- Experience: 2 years.
