Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or making reservations for hotel accommodations.
- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software or booking systems.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and relevant information.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Work on-site and attend on-site interviews.

Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
