Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and implement training programs for registered nurses.
- Conduct engaging training sessions.
- Evaluate learning needs and skill gaps.
- Monitor program effectiveness and maintain records.
Required Skills:
- Active USRN license.
- 2 years training experience or 3 years in Utilization Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
Additional Notes:
- Hybrid work setup with WFH option.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri.
Job Overview:
- Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00/month.
- Experience: 2-3 years.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
