Job Description
We are now accepting applications from fresh graduates with zero to 6 months of work experience.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
- Graduate of Banking & Finance course
- Good English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Willing to work on-site at Mckinley Hill, Taguig
- Amenable to shifting work schedule, including night shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
