Job Description
The Food and Beverage Attendant at Ginza Modern Japanese Restaurant is essential in providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include taking orders, serving, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and boosting sales. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be customer-oriented.
F & B Attendant Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Check food and beverage quality
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Advise customers on menu items
- Keep tables clean and replenish supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
F & B Attendant Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage products
- Cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Past experience in a similar role
- Clean appearance and high physical endurance
- Good communication skills; ability to speak English is a plus
- Graduate or in a hospitality management/business course
