Job Description
Work Set up: Hybrid Work Set Up | Angeles City Pampanga
Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours) Saturday (4 hours)
Job Purpose: Responsible for BIM modeling tasks support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing 3D models using REVIT software.
- Updating 3D models for accurate drawings.
- Collaborating for design changes.
- Preparing BIM models for informed decision-making.
- Ensuring designs comply with codes and regulations.
- Producing detailed shop drawings.
- Performing clash detection and following BIM Execution Plan.
- Ensuring modeling quality control.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in MEP or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore is a plus.
- Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
