Job Description
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination, including:
- Booking travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handling visa processing and immigration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Experience in transport booking and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient travel logistics.
- Managing travel-related financial transactions, including invoicing and payment monitoring.
- Negotiating and managing travel contracts with vendors and service providers.
· Demonstrated knowledge of geographical locations and popular travel destinations.
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle unexpected travel issues.
· Customer service orientation, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
· Flexibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills.
