Job Description
Sapient is currently hiring for Non-voice/Voice Sales Accounts with paid training in Pasay. Join us for a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php25,00 monthly. Call Center Agents positions are available at our Metro sites for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and proactive issue-solving.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems per Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
We are hiring for accounts including Customer Service, Technical Support, Travel, Hotel Reservations, Healthcare, Financial Telco, and Non-voice positions.
