Job Description
Do you have a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for Voice and Non-Voice Telco Accounts at SapientBPO MAKATI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding Telco products
- Meet quality and efficiency standards
- Contribute to team success and maintain professionalism
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- College graduates welcome
- Minimum 1 month BPO experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and basic MS Office knowledge
