Job Description
Finds new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and referral partners (brokers, designers, project managers)
Maintains relationships with existing clients to create possibilities for repeat business
Coordinates client requirements during bidding to the Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to come up with the correct design and proper costing, respectively
Works together with the Partners, Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to close accounts
Manages the communication with the client (and all other project owners) for the entire duration of the build
