Job Description
- To ensure Service Engineer/Application Specialist/Product Application Specialist are in the respective area based on approved itinerary.
- To ensure Customer is informed of Service Engineers/Application Specialist/Product Application Specialist schedule of visit.
- To ensure Service Engineer field/Application Specialist/Product Application Specialist report are submitted and completed (DAR).
- To maintain the service supplies and forms.
- To maintain soft copy of delivery receipt, sales invoice, tsfr, calibration certificate, billing statement, pre-installation visit, warranty certificate and acceptance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Vocational Technical Courses
- At Least one (1) year experience as Service Coordinator gained from a reputable Distribution Company.
- Proficient in MS Office and has experience in Job Order monitoring system.
- Have good organizational skills and experience in handling inventory/stock management in an advantage.
- Has good communications skills able to render over-time work if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
