Job Description
Basic Responsibilities:
- Reminds clients/customers of their obligations.
- Ensures client payment, and manages their payment records.
- Finds ways to solve debt problems quickly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
- Background in Customer Service, Account Management, or Bookkeeping.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Must have high-quality negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledgeable on laws that cover debts.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
