Job Description
As a Procurement Assistant at Tailored Projects, you will be a crucial team member responsible for enhancing supplier relationships and sourcing new suppliers.
Job Description:
- Identify company needs by collaborating with project managers and evaluating areas requiring suppliers.
- Contact and assess potential suppliers based on criteria like registration, location, and terms.
- Research and discover suppliers through social media and online platforms.
- Update contracts for existing suppliers, managing addresses and payment terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, acting as a point of contact for queries and feedback.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized with sourcing knowledge and vendor relationship management skills.
- Willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
