- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key recruitment stakeholders
- Providing guidance to business leaders on emerging hiring trends
- Enhancing candidate experience, data analytics, and recruiter productivity
- Leading diversity and employer branding initiatives
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing inshore/offshore recruiters
- Ensuring compliance with regulations in talent acquisition
- Acting as an advisor to hiring managers on talent insights
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in engaging executive-level talent
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and international experience
