Job Description
- With valid NC2
- Previous experience in plant facilities maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and overseeing facility operations in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems.
- Experience in conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing facility issues, and coordinating repairs and upgrades to building systems and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in facility maintenance activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve facility issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to ensure facility functionality.
- Ability to adapt to changing facility maintenance requirements, learn new technologies, and work with a variety of building systems and equipment.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, support facility maintenance projects, and coordinate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
