Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate the hiring decision-making process with hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven internship or work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
