Job Description
As a Support Analyst L1, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to end-users within our organization. Your main duties include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving network problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. You will also assist in the setup and configuration of new devices, maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure user satisfaction.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. Prior experience in a similar position and technical certifications are a plus.
