Description
Responsible for evaluating the quality of services and interactions provided by organizations within the enterprise. Primary duties include evaluating the accuracy of transactions and communications, reporting errors promptly, tracking audit results, and generating reports for management. Ideal candidates possess a BA/BS degree, with 3 years of experience, including 1 year in quality audit (preferably in healthcare or insurance). Knowledge of insurance industry, medical terminology, and processing principles is essential.
