Job Description
1. Prepares daily attendance and absenteeism report submitted to the Management.
2. Attends production employees’ complaints and coordinates with HR personnel.
3. Accepts Production Employees concerns at the Production Floor and coordinates with HR Generalist concerning Compensation/Benefit and Timekeeping.
4. Maintains Disciplinary Action Log Book and conducts minor investigations on violations.
5. Provides Clinic assistance in the absence of Company Nurse.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Educational Attainment: College Graduate in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Courses.
Working Experience: With at least 1 year in HR Compensation and Benefits.
Special/Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus, ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time.
Schedule: 8-hour shift.
Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred).
