Job Description
The Lead Implementers will oversee and manage the progress of the launches of projects/accounts.
The Lead Implementers will have 5 Implementer direct reports.
This position is a Fixed Term Employment (FTE).
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize deployment of Implementers to scheduled Partners
- Confirm schedule of trainings with CU
- Deployment and assignment of Implementers based on confirmed schedule of training
- Manage performance of the Implementers
- Ensure the timeliness of Implementer training
- Monitor Implementer launches
- Capturing feedback from Implementers
- Consolidation of any enhancement requests coming from the CU
- Retraining of already-launched Partners
Job Qualifications:
- Any degree in business or technology
- Experience in field implementation of IT systems or applications
- Experience in training front-liners and back-office associates
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Able to work with and interact with different types of people
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)
- Willing to travel across the Philippines
- Willing to do fieldwork and route ride
- Problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented
- Has experience in a fast-paced business environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
