Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and conducting research. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and travel arrangements.
The successful candidate must have a strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and be proficient in office software applications. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
