Job Description
Qualifications:
- At least college-level or graduate
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Organize and optimize storage space to maximize efficiency.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies or losses promptly.
